Built over one floor, the villa offers all the modern conveniences you would expect from this class of property with a large sitting room, fitted kitchen with dining table and four bedrooms, one of which is a double with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a choice of shaded terraces for relaxing and dining out of the sun, with steps descending to a large heated pool (10x6m) complete with outdoor shower.

Facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, video, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, FREE cot and air conditioning in the lounge and double bedroom.

Situated 500m from the beach and nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant.
