All guest rooms are equipped with private bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, safety deposit box rental, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer and a mini-fridge. Most of the rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, approx 50 metres from the beach and around 1.5 km from the resort centre.

Palma Airport is approx 67 km from the resort of Puerto de Pollensa.
