Villa Prenga 8 has a fenced sun terrace with views to the mountains, sun bathing and dining areas, a barbecue and a swimming pool (6 x 12 metres).

Villa Prenga 8 offers spacious and modern accommodation with comfortable furnishings and sleeps up to 6 guests.

There are three bedrooms, including 1 double en-suite, 1 twin and 1 single with an additional sofa bed and a family bathroom. The living area opens onto a veranda, overlooking the pool and has a lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen.

Appliances at the villa include a television, a DVD player, a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms (charge, payable locally).

Villa Prenga 8 is set in a scenic location enjoying mountain views, approx 800 metres from the village of Neo Chorio which has a few local shops and tavernas. The beach and fishing village of Latchi is approx 3 kms and offers a wider choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and Polis is approx 4km.

Latchi is approx 40km from Paphos Airport and 180km from Larnaca Airport
