There is a parking space just in front of the villa entrance, as well as a garden with local plants and trees, a terrace with sun loungers and a built-in barbecue beside the swimming pool.

This villa offers includes a lounge with fireplace and a dining area and a satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The villa also provides guests with 2 fully-fitted bathrooms, one of them with a shower. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas cooker with 4 cooking hobs, an electric oven, a coffee pot, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

Set in a quiet area in Javea called Costa Nova. The nearest restaurant is 500 m away and there is a supermarket 2 km away. Distance to Alicante Airport is approx 105 km and Valencia Airport is approx 120 km.
