The facilities at the villa include swimming pool with terrace and sun loungers, out side dining area with a covered barbecue terrace, satellite TV and DVD.

The villa sleeps up to 6 people with one double room and two twin rooms, each are bright and spacious with pleasant furnishings. The villa also has two full bathrooms, a kitchen with washing machine, gas hob/oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and lounge with dining area.

The villa is located approx 2 km to the beach and resort of Puerto Pollensa, approx a 15minute walk to the closest edge of the resort. A bus to Puerto Pollensa stops 100m away.
