Villa Ostria has two levels, the ground floor is home to the open plan living area, with kitchen separated by a breakfast bar, one bathroom and one of the bedrooms. While upstairs of the villa sees the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second twin bedroom and bathroom. To the rear of the villa is a private pool (8x6m) and terrace bordered by flowerbeds, equipped with outdoor furniture, including a swinging canopied sofa and a modern brick-built barbecue.

Facilities include TV, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, free cots and air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms (subject to a charge, payable locally).

Situated 1.5km from the nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant, 2.5km from Coral Bay and 4km from the beach.
