Villa Miramar

Built on two storeys, the front door opens onto a kitchen-dining-sitting room, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor (one double & one twin) which benefit from patio doors to the garden, whilst open-plan stairs from the sitting room lead up to a mezzanine-style twin bedroom with an en-suite wc.

The exterior of the villa has a large pool (8x5.5m) skirted by sun terraces and lawns, beside the pool, there is an outside shower room, and a canopied barbecue and sink with a seating area, which is sheltered from the sun.

Further features offered include satellite TV with limited English channels, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Cot hire is available on request and subject to a local charge.

Please note that the height and stairs to the mezzanine-style bedroom may make it unsuitable for young children.

Situated approx 2.8km from the centre of Pollensa and the nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant. The nearest beach is 8km from the villa.
