The villa is on one level with a front hallway leading to all the rooms, to the rear of the property is the outdoor pool (6x4m) and terrace which has ample space for sun-loungers and a barbecue.

The open-plan living-dining room has satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player, and there is an adequately-sized kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The master double bedroom is complemented by an en-suite bathroom, whilst the remaining two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room. All bedrooms have free standing fans.

The villa is equipped with en-suite bathroom, shower room, WC, living area, dining area, satellite TV, DVD player, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and an outdoor area.

The villa is situated approx 300 metres from the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket, while the nearest beach is approx 300 metres away.
