The facilities available for guests at the villa includes swimming pool set in attractive gardens with a sun terrace and tables and chairs and barbecue area. Parking, satellite TV and DVD player are also provided.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 children. The villa also provides a bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The spacious lounge also has a dining area.

Villa Mendes is located in pleasant rural countryside approx 17.5km from the lively attractions of Albufeira and the beach with local bars and restaurants approx 3km. Faro airport is approx 45km.
