Spread over two storeys, the villa features an open-plan sitting-dining room linking to an American-style kitchen. Patio doors from the living area open onto an elevated terrace overlooking the front garden and around the rectangular pool (8x3m). Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor, which incorporates a second sitting area with a sofa bed, together with another terrace and a balcony.

The villa has two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom, satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and air-conditioning.
