Set in a secluded area, this simple yet comfortable villa offers a spacious sitting room which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also two shower rooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. Outside set slightly behind the house on a raised terrace is a private swimming pool with sun terrace. There is also a shaded barbecue terrace and seating area.

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms; sleeping up to 6 guests.

Set on the hillside overlooking the sea and the village of Nissaki with its choice of shops and restaurants. The village can be reached via a short 15 minute walk along a pathway. A small beach can also be found in the village.
