The villa features an upstairs sitting-dining room with doors opening onto a large covered balcony, a well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with private terrace), two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shower-room. Outside the private (8x4m) pool is surrounded by a sun-terrace and well kept lawn furnished with sun-loungers.

Facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and barbecue.

Situated 600m from the nearest restaurant, 1km from the nearest bar and 5km from the centre of Javea and its beach. Due to the location of this villa car hire is essential.
