This three storey Spanish town house is beautifully furnished throughout and offers a hallway, open-plan sitting and dining room, satellite TV with limited English channels, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a pretty sun terrace, built-in barbecue with outside eating area and small and inviting swimming pool.

The bedrooms are split over two floors, making the villa perfect for two families or groups. The first floor houses a double bedroom with ensure bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, whilst the remaining two twin bedrooms are found on the lower ground floor, along with another bathroom.


A cot is available on request, payable locally.

Ideally located just 1.5km from the centre of Nerja with its restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is 1.2km away.
