The facilities provided for guests at the villa includes private swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers set in attractive and well kept gardens with a gated roof top terrace with plenty of space for sun lounger and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. A barbecue area is also provided. Inside the villa there is also satellite TV (with limited English channels) CD and DVD player.

Attractively decorated the villa provides 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 with en suite shower room plus a full bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. The spacious open planned lounge has comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed that can sleep a child up to 12 years of age) and a wicker dining suite.

The villa is located in a fabulous position above Albufeira, giving it panoramic views over the sparkling Algarve coastline. The resort centre is approx 3.5 km and the beach is approx 3km with supermarkets, bars and restaurants approx 2.5 km.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.
