Villa Del Sol Promo is set in its own grounds and has a driveway and an enclosed rear patio garden with a private swimming pool (5.5 x 2.9 metres), sun loungers, a barbecue and a dining terrace shaded by the pergola.

The villas are tastefully styled in a warm, contemporary design and feature a comfortable open plan lounge-diner which opens out onto the dining terrace, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin).

Appliances at the villas include satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, fans, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.

Villa Del Sol Promo enjoys a quiet area with a supermarket, bar and restaurant within 300 metres. The development is located behind the Corralejo sand dunes between Corralejo and Villaverde and, surrounded by open Fuerteventuran landscapes. Corralejo resort centre is approx 3km away and the sand dunes are 4km.
