The villa features on the ground floor an open plan living space with lounge, dining room and America-style kitchen, facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Also found on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. Upstairs are the further two bedrooms and separate bathroom. The outside area has a covered patio, barbecue and private swimming pool (2.5x2.5m).

The villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, living area, dining area, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, bathrooms and a patio area with barbecue.

The villa is situated approx 500 metres from the resort centre, approx 200 metres from the nearest supermarket and approx 800 metres from the beach.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 60 km from the resort of Cala d'Or.
