The villa features a small and cosy open-plan sitting-dining room with an archway leading into a compact kitchen. The ground floor has one of the twin bedrooms and a shower-room, while upstairs are two further bedrooms, one of which is a double with en-suite shower-room.

Outside the pool (9.66x4.79m) is surrounded by a sun terrace, furnished with loungers, a barbecue, table and chairs.

Facilities include satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue and ceiling fan in the double bedroom. Cots for babies are available on request, subject to a local charge

Situated just 400m from Marbesa beach with a good choice of bars and restaurants, the nearest supermarket is 1km away, Marbella is 12km and La Cala 8km.
