Facilities at the villa include a spacious lounge with fireplace, dining area with table, satellite TV, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board, large rectangular swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers. There is also a portable barbecue. There is ample parking in front of the villa.

This one-storey villa features 4 bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 guests.

Ideally located at the entrance of Calpe and just 500 metres from the town centre. The nearest beach is 1.5km away.

Alicante Airport is approx 82 km from the resort of Calpe.
