Villa Avra is a detached, air conditioned, 2 storey villa with 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), one of which is en-suite; a bathroom and shower room and, an open plan lounge-diner and kitchen.

Appliances at the villa include a television, CD and DVD players, a fridge, microwave, hob, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a large balcony with distant sea views. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and bedrooms (local charge, payable locally).

Villa Avra enjoys a secluded location overlooking a banana grove and offering distant views of the Mediterranean. There is a supermarket approx 1.5km away. The resort centre is 2.5km and the beach is 4km.
