Villa Andre has a good-size private swimming pool (9 x 4 metres) and a separate small paddling pool, a sun terrace with loungers, shaded patios and a barbecue.

The villa offers homely and relaxing furnishings, neutral styling and sleeps up to 9 people. The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), two of which are upstairs and two are downstairs; a bathroom and an en-suite shower room, a lounge with a Portuguese style fireplace, a dining room and a well equipped kitchen.

Appliances at the villa include satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. Cots are available and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for a child aged up to 12.

Please note: a refundable breakages deposit of 200 euro is payable on arrival.

Villa Andre is conveniently located for Carvoeiro resort centre and the beach (both approx 3km away) as well as nearby golf courses. There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants within 1km.

Carvoeiro is approx 67km from Faro Airport.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
