Facilities at the villa include a living area opening directly out onto the swimming pool, swimming pool (9 x 5 metres) with sun terrace, barbecue area with outside furniture, satellite TV with limited english channels, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge, washing machine and air conditioning (charged locally).

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and one twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Ideally located just off the main coastal road and surrounded by lush gardens and fruit trees. Both the beach and a selection of shops/supermarket and restaurants are only a 300 metre walk away and the resort of Acharavi is just 1km from the villa.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
