The hotel enjoys a central location just steps away from the golf course. The hotel is set beside a flower filled lake in lush Caribbean gardens which lead to a romantic bridge that will take you to the beach. The airport is 15km away.

Facilities at the hotel include several restaurants offering traditional Mexican dishes to authentic international cuisine, 4 bars, 2 swimming pools, loungers and towels for use at the beach and pool, gym, nightly entertainment, gift shops, home theatre with Sat TV, laundry service and babysitting service. Other facilities include tennis, beach and pool volleyball, table tennis, scuba diving clinic (once a week), windsurfing, snorkelling, sailing kayaks, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing and deep sea fishing (some activities are limited to one free hour per day).

The hotel offers superior guest rooms, junior suites and suites, all of which have 2 double beds or king size bed, hairdryer, minibar (restocked daily), cable TV, telephone, safety deposit box (local charge) and air conditioning. Daily newspaper, turndown service and room service are available for a small fee. The suites also have expansive balconies.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the El Lago restaurant. Tea, coffee, juice and locally produced drinks are offered with meals. Guests may also choose from Mexican, International cuisine and Pizzeria for dinner. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from the various bars from 10am to midnight (times may vary depending on opening hours of each venue). AI guests are also invited to the manager's weekly cocktail party.
