The facilities include a swimming pool; sun terrace with free sunloungers and parasols; pool/snack bar with satellite TV; reception.

Studios have twin beds, individually-controlled air conditioning (payable locally), TV, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, microwave or mini-oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, shower room and balcony.

Two bedroom apartments (2-4 persons) have facilities as studios but with separate twin rooms.

Located approx 10m to the sand beach; 20m to the nearest mini-market; shops, bars and restaurants 50m away; discos and main night life in Sidari 5km away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
