The hotel offers a variety of facilities and services for its guests to enjoy including a restaurant, bars, lounges and other common areas, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, freshwater swimming pool, gorgeous tropical gardens filled with exotic flowers, children's playground and a oasis summer bar. There is also a shop and hairdressers in the hotel. All meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant.

The hotel is just 300 metres from the Levante beach and within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area such as the waterpark, Terra Mitica theme park and the golf course which are all within 5km of the hotel.

Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.
