The hotel is located in the modern Avenida de Francia, just a few metres from the former course of the River Turia and next to the internationally known City of Arts and Sciences, which includes, among others, the Oceanarium and the Opera House, called the Reina Sofia Palace of Arts. It has extremely good communication routes and it is surrounded by a large number of shopping and leisure centres.
