Each of the homes within the resort are provided with fully equipped kitchens with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and ironing set. The bathrooms have a shower and bath tub. Further facilities include satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and heating. There is also a private pool with a minimum of 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $300 (subject to change).

The resort boasts a fantastic location just a few minutes from Walt Disney World and approx 10 minutes drive from Sea World. Nearby amenities include a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
