Each of the executive villas are decorated and furnished to a high standard and are provided with fully equipped kitchens with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and ironing set. There is an en suite to the master bedroom and additional facilities include satellite TV, direct dial telephone, radio, air conditioning and heating.

This stunning accommodation is located on highway 27 and within easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. Walt Disney World is just 24km and Sea World is just 32km. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
