The Tusan Beach Resort Hotel offers pools (one indoor November to March), fitness centre with massage, a cinema with Dolby Digital system and a shopping centre (jewellery shop, leather shop, car rental, photo shop and market).

There are 2 elegant restaurants serving a variety of meals for all tastes. There is a snack bar, a bar inside the hotel, a terrace bar and two pool bars. There is also a patisserie and internet café.

The hotel offers 377 rooms and all benefit from private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, telephone, cable TV, mini bar, hairdryer, safety deposit box and hairdryer.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. There is a late Continental breakfast available from 10 am to 11 am. The hotel offers an a la carte dinner at the seafood restaurant & Turkish restaurant (high season only) and both are free of charge once a week (with reservation). The hotel offers a small selection of snacks in the morning and afternoon. Afternoon tea with cakes and ice cream is available every afternoon in high season. Unlimited amounts of hot drinks, soft drinks, locally produced alcoholic drinks and cocktails as well as some international brands are available at selected bars from 10 am to midnight and at the disco between 11 pm and 2 am (local brands only).

The All Inclusive sport facilities at the hotel include watersports (canoes, water polo, pedaloes, windsurfing, certificate required, minimum age 10yrs, seasonal), pool games, boccia, aerobics, table tennis, darts, volleyball, basketball, tennis (daytime), gym, sauna, and Turkish bath (all minimum age 16 years). The daytime and evening entertainment programme includes shows and there is a disco 6 days a week available. For the evenings there are various sketches, shows, a mini disco and cabaret acts.
