The Tusan Beach Resort Hotel has 2 large swimming pools and sun terraces, with loungers and parasols, as well as a 300 metre long sandy beach.

There are a variety of water sports available on the beach including jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving, canoeing and windsurfing. Further leisure facilities include sports courts, a children's playground, a mini cinema, an internet cafe, a TV lounge, a card games room and a lounge with pool tables.

The SPA centre has a Turkish bath, a steam bath, a sauna, a relaxation area and a fitness gym. There is also a range of beauty and massage treatments available.

There are 4 restaurants serving a variety of international and Turkish meals for all tastes and offering indoor and outdoor dining; a cafe offering homemade Turkish pizzas and a snack bar with views over the pool. There are also 4 bars, including an elegant lounge bar, an informal bar with pool tables and a pool-side bar.

The hotel organises daytime fitness sessions and general activities, evening shows and adults discos as well as a mini club for children aged 4-12.

The complex has parking spaces, a shopping arcade and services offered include WiFi (in the lobby), laundry and medical assistance.

There are 354 guest rooms at the Tusan Beach Resort, comprising rooms and suites, 286 of which have sea views and 68 have garden views.

All accommodation is air conditioned and has double/twin beds, satellite TV and a telephone, a mini bar and a hair dryer, a hire safe and a balcony.

Tuscan Beach Resort Hotel is in an elevated position, providing lovely views over Kusadasi Bay and has its own 300 metre long sandy beach. It is approx 6km from Kusadasi town centre.

Kusadasi is 84km from Izmir Airport and 124km from Bodrum Airport.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. There is a late Continental breakfast available from 10 am to 11 am. The hotel offers an a la carte dinner at the seafood restaurant & Turkish restaurant (high season only) and both are free of charge once a week (with reservation). The hotel offers a small selection of snacks in the morning and afternoon. Afternoon tea with cakes and ice cream is available every afternoon in high season. Unlimited amounts of hot drinks, soft drinks, locally produced alcoholic drinks and cocktails as well as some international brands are available at selected bars from 10 am to midnight and at the disco between 11 pm and 2 am (local brands only).

The All Inclusive sport facilities at the hotel include watersports (canoes, water polo, pedaloes, windsurfing, certificate required, minimum age 10yrs, seasonal), pool games, boccia, aerobics, table tennis, darts, volleyball, basketball, tennis (daytime), gym, sauna, and Turkish bath (all minimum age 16 years). The daytime and evening entertainment programme includes shows and there is a disco 6 days a week available. For the evenings there are various sketches, shows, a mini disco and cabaret acts.
