The hotel is 65 km from Antalya airport.

The Turquoise Hotel offers a television room, lifts, doctors, hairdressers, fitness room, internet corner, shopping arcade and laundry service. There is an evening animation programme with shows, sketches, musicals, folklore and live music either at the Amphitheatre or at the Bar.

For children there is a children's pool (with water slides), children's playground, mini club, mini disco and a children' s buffet (4 to 12 years old).

Guests are required to dress appropriately for dinner.

All of the standard rooms offer one French bed and an additional single sofa bed, private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning (dependant on weather), direct dial telephone, television, music channel, mini bar, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony.

Please note that the hotel has got 5 rooms specially adapted for people with disabilities.

Baby cots are available on request and count as 1 person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style with international cuisine in the Karvansaray restaurant. Late breakfast is available at the patisserie. There are three a la carte restaurants for dinner (Turquoise (fish), Kebab House (Turkish cuisine) and Neapolitan (Italian) all with reservation. A sandwich bar operates at the patisserie from 2 pm to 6 pm. Afternoon tea with cookies is served. Snacks (soup of the day, pizza, spaghetti, hamburger, potato and grilled meat) are offered at the snack bar from 12.30 pm to 4 pm. There is an ice cream stand from noon to 2 pm. Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, potatoes and hot dogs are available at the mini club from 11.30 am to 4 pm. Midnight snacks can be found at the Karvansaray restaurant.

All Inclusive alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served at the Sark Kahvesi, the Sultan bar, the lobby bar, the Karvansaray bar, the pool bar, the beach bar, the mini club snack bar and at the disco bar (all self service). In room mini bars are refilled daily as per consumption.

The All Inclusive sports facilities at the hotel include table tennis, beach volley, football, archery, darts, boccia, aerobics, aqua gym, Turkish hammam, sauna, steam bath, deckchairs, mattresses, parasols, towels (with deposit), games room, teeny club (13 to 17 years) with animation activities as well as night shows at the amphitheatre.
