Located in a quiet area, the hotel is 2km away from Protaras and 1km away from Pernera, both of which can be reached by local bus. A 20 minute walk will take you to Marlita Bay where you can walk along the sand and shingle beachfront.

Guests can expect to find 24 hour reception service, outdoor childrens pool, games room,indoor swimming pool (heated in winter)and steam room, and a satellite tv area. Plus during the evening, a variety of entertainment.

Other facilities available but attract a local charge include sauna, jaccuzi, massage, table tennis and tennis courts.

All rooms with bath, shower, WC, direct dial telephone, radio, mini fridge (payable locally), TV, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, furnished balcony.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all served in the main restaurant. Snacks are limited to a selection of cold sandwiches and are available from 10:30-12:00, 15:00-17:00 & 22:00-23:30.
Local alcohol & non-alcoholic drinks such as draught beer, wine by the carafe, is served between 10:00 & 24:00.
Mini-fridges can be found in each guest room (local charge applies).

AI guests are asked to wear a wrist band as a form of identification. Each AI guest is only allowed one drink at a time. The AI package ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
