The hotel is in a beautiful bay on the beach and a 15 minute bus ride to Altinkum, 90 km to Bodrum Airport, 145 km to Izmir Airport.

Facilities at the hotel include animation programmes for adults & children, pool with water slide, pool without waterslide and a childrens pool with childrens slide, tennis, table tennis, non motorised water sports, basketball, and mini - football, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness centre and mini club for children, boccia, gymnastic, step, jogging, aerobic, pool games, shuffle board, darts, and bingo and card games. Chargeable Extras Doctor, imported drinks, safety deposit boxes, telephone, mini bar, internet, massage, billiards, motorised water sports (seasonal) and scuba diving are available at a charge. There is also a charge for late check-out (if room available) for those leaving on a night flight.

All the rooms have bathroom (with shower or bath), WC, hair dryer, split air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone and balcony. Carpeted floor. Some rooms have a French bed others twin beds. When required all the rooms can include additional beds.

Breakfast (07:30-10:00) late breakfast from (10:00-11:00), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. There are also two A la Carte Restaurants (20:00 - 23:00) reservation required. Snack bar (12:00-16:00) snacks at the beach bar (12:00-17:00). Tea coffee & snacks (24:00-01:00) in the Cafe Sport. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, etc are served between 10:00 & 01:00 at the four hotel bars.
