The hotel is located on the beach, amongst tropical gardens in the centre of Hurghada and is approx 10 miles from the airport.

Facilities at the hotel include 24-hour reception, currency exchange, private beach, 3 outdoor swimming pools including one for children, jacuzzi, main buffet restaurant, 2 speciality restaurants (at Triton Empire Hotel), 4 bars, children's club (4-12 years old), playground, dive and snorkel centre. Animation program with volleyball, table tennis, darts, water polo, water aerobics, aerobics, belly dancing, karaoke, bingo and special themed nights.

The hotel offers a total of 136 rooms, consisting of standard rooms (sleep 2) and superior/family rooms with additional bed and seating area (sleep 3 adults and 1 child). All rooms have private shower-room, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar (local charge), air conditioning, smoke detectors, safe deposit box and terrace or balcony. Connecting rooms are also available sleeping up to 4 adults.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks such as pizza and sandwiches are available from noon to 5pm. Tea, coffee, pastries and cakes are served from 4pm to 5pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 10am to 11pm.

Not Included are: fresh juices, imported items and mini bar consumptions.
