The facilities provided for guests includes private swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue and terrace with table and chairs. There is also satellite TV (with limited English channels) and a CD and DVD player. A washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are also provided.

The accommodation is arranged over three storeys in classic town house format, and furnished in tasteful contemporary style. The top floor is composed of three bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the middle storey comprises the main, open-plan sitting-dining area and well-equipped kitchen. A welcoming corner sofa and log burner make the room especially inviting and glass doors from here bring you onto to a delightful, furnished outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, you will find a second, comfortable sitting room, fourth bedroom and a shower room.

The Town house Sebastian is ideally situated close to the centre of Nerja with the beach approx 500m and bars, shops and restaurants approx 2 km.
