The facilities include a foyer with a 24 hour reception desk, swimming pool with children's paddling area, a children's playground and 2 lifts.

Spread over 14 floors, all apartments include a combined living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a lounge room, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a direct dial telephone, a safe and terrace/balcony. For an additional fee, guests may hire a TV.

Ideally located 250m from the Levante beach and the area of Rincon de Loix can be found within 650m of the hotel. The old town is approximately 1.5km away. A selection of bars and cafes are located right next to the complex.

Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.
