Facilities available to guests at the hotel include a swimming pool with children's section surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar. There is also a restaurant, snack bar, TV lounge and safe deposit boxes (local charge) are also provided.

There are 28 simple, basic guests rooms which are all provided with shower, wc, double or twin beds, balcony and air conditioning which is available in most of the rooms and is payable locally.

The hotel is located approx 300m from the beach and 200m from Dolphin Square. The town centre is approx a minute walk away and offers a range of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. Bodrum airport is approx 90km from the resort of Altinkum.
