The Tivoli Jardim Hotel offers a heated outdoor pool set in luxurious tropical gardens. The hotel grounds feature century old trees that shelter the hotel from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel shares many of its facilities and services with the Tivoli Lisboa Hotel. These include the Tivoli Club where guests will find an outdoor pool, gym, laundry, business centre, car hire, excursions, hairdressers, newsagent, jewellers, foreign currency exchange, florists, internet facilities and business centre.

The hotels restaurant, Jardim, is located near the hotel lobby and serves a buffet breakfast and at lunch and dinner an extensive a la carte menu of traditional Portuguese cuisine is offered. There is a lobby bar and pool bar.

The hotel comprises of 119 guestrooms and all benefit from private bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, pay TV, radio, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box and balcony.
