Built on a private area directly on the beach, the complex has a total of 9 villas, each with three bedrooms over two floors, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Each villa has a private pool with sun-terrace, private parking place, upstairs are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while downstairs has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan dining-living area and kitchen equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, coffee-maker and kettle.

Facilities include air conditioning and heating, 42" flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, hairdryer, electronic safe box, wireless internet, bath and beach towels, sun-loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach.

Baby cot and high-chair are available on request.

The villas are located 7km from the centre of Ayia Napa and 3km from Liopetri, a small village with traditional tavernas offering local food, fruit markets, banks and pharmacies.

Larnaca Airport is approx 30km away.
