Based in a popular residential area, the hotel is a short walk away from the Botanical Gardens. The shops and restaurants of La Paz are within easy reach as is the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and the Martianez Lago sea pool complex. You will also find a small fishing harbour and picturesque old town centre about 20 minutes away.

The hotel has it's own restaurant, pool bar and evening bar that has the occasional show at night time. There is a swimming pool, a small children's pool, small playground, tennis courts and pool tables (payable locally). Other services include TV room, mini market, internet corner and a 24hr medical centre across the road.

All rooms have a combined living and bedroom area, full bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, telephone, TV (local charge), safe (local charge) and terrace or balcony.

All Inclusive programme consists of full board in buffet style. Soft drinks, beer and wine are served with meals. Non alcoholic and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm. Snacks and ice cream for children are all available during the day.
