The facilities provided for guests includes 2 salt water swimming pools (adult and children), garden, solarium, tennis, pool table, table tennis and children's playground.

Further facilities and services consist of a 24 hour reception, supermarket, disco, day and night-time entertainment, safe deposit box at reception, self-service laundry and money exchange.

The accommodation consists of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which are comfortable and equipped with a kitchen and utensils such as a toaster, oven or microwave, water boiler and fridge. The apartments include a bathroom, lounge with a single sofa bed, terrace or balcony, coin operated television (satellite) and telephone.

The apartments are situated approx 800m to the wide, sandy and gently shelving Las Cucharas beach where various water sports can be found. There are also numerous shops and restaurants nearby.

The resort of Costa Teguise is approx 16km from Lanzarote Airport.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.
