Facilities include a bar, a restaurant, BBQ nights, internet corner, electronic games and TV area. There is also a reception service and free parking.

Guests also have use of the swimming pool which is located at the neighbouring building.

There are a total of 18 apartments, comprising of 3 two-bedroom apartments able to sleep 5 people, 6 studios suitable for up to 3 people and 9 one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people.

Standard room facilities include a private bath/shower-room, satellite TV, hairdryer, balcony or terrace and a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking rings.

A safe deposit box and air conditioning are available to hire locally.

Rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday, towels are changed 3 times a week and sheets are changed twice a week.

The apartments are just 15m from the sea, around 600m from the resort centre and approx 16km from the centre of Heraklion.

The resort of Gouves is approx 18km from Heraklion Airport.
