The resort is air-conditioned and offers extensive facilities including a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities and a car park for those arriving by car. In addition there is internet access, room and laundry service and conference services.

Guests can dine at the fine dining restaurant or the enjoy a buffet breakfast.

There is a good choice of kids services including a playground, kids aerobics, a splash pool and kids club.

Guests can relax in or beside one of the seven large swimming pools which are surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There is a swim up poolside bar serving refreshments.

The hotel consists of 289 studios and family suites.

All accommodation is air conditioned and is equipped with a private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, kitchen equipment (no oven) with microwave and fridge and living area with sofabed. There is also a in room safe and balcony or terrace.

There is a studio specially designed for families with babies and toddlers. These studios offer cots, baby bath, high chairs and are on the ground floor with gated terraces.
