The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, business and conference facilities, activity and recreation desk, hairdressers, shops including a photo centre and souvenir boutique, wedding ceremonies and laundry service.

There are 5 swimming pools featuring water falls and plunge pools, hot tubs, sun terraces with loungers and parasols, daytime and evening entertainment programme and games room with 80 slot machines and electronic black jack. For the younger guests there is a kids club. A variety of water sports are available on the nearby private beach and there is a spa centre available on site which offers a range of health and beauty treatments and a fitness centre. Two tennis courts are also offered.

There are a total of 6 restaurants on site including Italian and Chinese restaurants as well as 8 bars including 2 swim up pool bars.

Each room features a private balcony overlooking the resort or Ocho Rios. Rooms are located in the north and south towers. Ocean View: Peer into the lush hillside from your balcony or catch a glimpse of the sparkling Caribbean from the north or south towers. Ocean Front: Both north and south towers boast these lavish, beachfront rooms, all with a private balcony.
