The hotel is situated across the road from the Bloody Bay beach and is just 60 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel boasts bar, restaurant, swimming pool, spa tub, loungers in the garden area, jacuzzi, gym, tennis, aerobics, cycling, water sports on the beach such as diving, jet skiing, water skiing, motor boating, sailing and windsurfing and entertainment programme. The hotel also offers lobby, safe, conference facilities, currency exchange facilities and a hairdressers.

Rooms are spacious and offer luxurious fittings and furnishings and feature fine bathrooms with large shower cubicles with a shower head, four vertical hoses and a bench with shower head, king sized bed, desk with cushioned chair, mini fridge, safe for hire, radio, internet access, Cable TV and air conditioning. Balconies are furnished with tables, chairs and loungers and offer great views of the gardens.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the Palm Grove restaurant with a selection of Caribbean and international Cuisine. The Lotus Leaf a la carte restaurant which serves Asian cuisine is also available to guests a few times a week. Snacks such as sandwiches, grilled favourites and drinks are available at the Palm Breeze beach bar between 10am and 6pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 10am to 1am from various outlets. Times may vary depending on opening hours of each venue.
