Due to the close proximity of this resort to the airport, some aircraft noise can be heard.

Situated on the edge of Ialyssos, the hotel's gardens lead straight down to the shingle beach. Conveniently located on the northwest side of Rhodes, the hotel is 1km from the centre of Ialyssos and 9km from Rhodes town.

The hotel offers two fresh water swimming pools, set in two different areas of the complex, separate children's pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas available free of charge. (please note that on the pebbly beach of the hotel, sun beds and umbrellas are available at a small charge). Furthermore, the hotel offers two floodlit tennis courts, two mini-golf courses, two beach volleyball courts, table tennis, three billiard tables, children's playground, a windsurfing academy, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness centre and massage is available on request. There are two main bars, two pool bars, a beach bar, a main restaurant and a snack bar by the pool.

A full animation programme is provided from a professional animation & entertainment team day and night. The hotel from May to October operates a mini club.

The hotel further offers two reception and lobby areas, one with satellite TV, information office, mini market and souvenir shop, hairdressing saloon, rent a car office, parking facilities and there is a public bus stop outside of the hotel.

The hotel is a complex and consists of 105 double superior rooms, 84 studios and 110 apartments (apartments contain separate bedroom and living room). The accommodation overlooks the sea and gardens. Please note: 3rd or 4th bed may be a sofa / camp bed. All accommodation on the complex are comfortably furnished and consist of private bath/shower combination, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box, internet access straight from the rooms, satellite TV, radio, air-conditioning (from 1 June to 30 September). Studios and apartments have the added addition of fully equipped kitchenettes featuring cooking rings, microwave, toaster and kettle.
