Hotel facilities include two swimming pools with adjacent children's pools, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge (sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are subject to a charge), children's play areas, mini-club, day and evening entertainment programme with games, dance lessons and shows. Further leisure facilities include tennis court, table tennis, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, mini-golf, aerobics, aqua-aerobics and a fitness centre.

Dining options on the complex are the main buffet restaurant and an a'la carte restaurant and bar, there are also four bars which include a pool side snack bar, entertainment bar, beach bar and a lounge bar with large TV showing sports, billiards and internet access. Child menus are available at all food outlets.

Hotel services include 24hr reception, luggage room, room service (12hr), hair salon, currency exchange, laundry service, mini-market, doctor on call (24hr), meeting room, wireless internet and babysitting service.

The complex has two buildings; consisting of 87 standard rooms (max 3), 18 family rooms (max 4), 88 studios (max 3) and 112 suite apartments (max 4). There are 3 suite apartments designed for disabled guests.

All rooms come equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning (June to Sept), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet access, hairdryer, safe deposit box (local charge), mini-fridge and balcony or terrace.

Studios and apartments also have kitchenettes with cooking rings, microwave, dining table and chairs, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Apartments feature a separate bedroom and two twin beds in the living room. Also available are Kid's Suites, these specially decorated apartments have the same facilities as the suite apartments with additional features such as satellite TV with cartoon programs, themed linen, night lighting and more. Family rooms are furnished with three twin beds plus a fold-out bed if necessary.
