The complex is located about 600m from the sandy beach where you can find watersports and sun beds to rent, it is 1km from the centre of Marmari and 13km from Kos town. The airport is approx 14km away and there is a bus stop for Kos town just 100m from the hotel.

There is a main buffet restaurant with a terrace that serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar with a terrace and a pool/snack bar for light bites and refreshments.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
