Facilities include a Spa & wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, steam bath, massage and treatments, a mini-club for ages 4-12yrs, teenage club for ages 13-16yrs, day and night animation programmes with shows, games and entertainment. Further leisure facilities include a cinema, amphitheatre, disco, bowling centre, games room with table tennis, table football, billiards, video games and internet corner as well as its own mini-fairground with Ferris wheel, carousel, mini train and bumper cars.

The hotel features a total of six swimming pools; an outdoor pool, pool with seven waterslides, mini-club pool, indoor pool, children's indoor pool and natural pool surrounded by the lake villas. Dining options are the main buffet restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, five a'la carte restaurants and numerous bars including a pool bar, lobby bar, disco bar and beach bar. Guest services available include nine conference rooms, hairdresser, shopping arcade, doctor (certain hours), nurse (24hrs), car rental, laundry service and wireless internet in reception, Ada Bar and Cafe Turk.

The hotel has a total of 760 rooms spread over a five storey main building and lake villas. The main building hotel rooms consist of 495 standard rooms, 90 junior suites, 12 family rooms, 1 king suite and 8 disabled rooms. Lake villas have 134 standard rooms and 20 family rooms.

All rooms are provided with en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, central air-conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe deposit box and balcony.

Family rooms have two bedrooms with connecting door (1 double and 2 single beds); junior and king suites have additional living area, TV and bathroom with jacuzzi.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. One meal per stay may be taken at an a la carte restaurant with prior reservation. Snacks are provided at selected times throughout the day.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft beverages are served with meals and at various outlets according to individual opening times. In-room mini-bars are refilled twice a week with water, soft drinks and beer.

Additional charges apply for imported drinks, internet corner, telephone calls, medical assistance, laundry service, Spa & Wellness centre, Turkish bath, sauna and steam room (free between 8am & 11am), massages, bowling, tennis & football lighting, billiards, table football and computer games.
