The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, conference and meeting rooms, mini market, shops, hair dressers, lift access, medical assistance, currency exchange, laundry facilities and parking.

The hotel has 3 out door swimming pools, separate children's pool, VIP only pool and indoor pool. There are sun terraces with loungers and parasols, fitness centre and a spa centre which offers many health and beauty treatments, sauna, Turkish baths and massage. The hotel offers many sports and leisure activities including tennis, billiards, darts, archery, table tennis, squash, basketball, beach volleyball, bowling and aerobics.

There is an extensive daytime and evening entertainment programme with games, beach games and activities during the daytime and live music and shows in the evenings. There is also a special children's animation programme and a kids club for 4-14 year olds.

The hotel provides a buffet style main restaurant as well as 12 a la carte restaurants which include Mexican, French, Italian, Indian and Japanese restaurants. There is also a snack bar and 8 bars which include pool bar, lobby bar and a night club.

The hotel has 811 guest rooms including standard guest rooms, junior suites, deluxe suite, king suite, presidential suite, superior club, club suite and accessible guest rooms. Standard facilities include an en suite bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, safe and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is situated on the beach in the town of Kizilagac approx 10 km from Manavgat. The resort is approx 65 km from the airport.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast 0700-1000, late breakfast 1000-1100, lunch 1230-1400 and dinner 1900-2100, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks and ice creams are offered between 1130 and 1700 and afternoon tea and cakes are served between 1700 and 1800. Guest can also have a midnight snack between 2300 and midnight and offered late night breakfast between 0100 and 0600.

Unlimited locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are available 24 hours a day at various outlets throughout the complex according to individual outlet opening times.
