Starfish Trelawny is located on a long stretch of white sand beach, situated against lush green mountains and turquoise Caribbean Sea. Approx 45 minutes from the airport at Montego Bay.

4 swimming pools, 2 cold-water Jacuzzis, 3 hot tubs, private beach with island, 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, aqua aerobics classes, basketball, mini golf, sumo wrestling and bouncy-boxing, board games, bingo, shuffleboard, darts, table tennis, 24-hour gym, nightly entertainment, disco, pool games and an ice-skating rink are all available free of charge. For childer age 6-12 there is a Kid's Club featuring supervised children's activities, including Jungle Gym Playground, trampoline lessons, art and craft and a separate kiddies pool and babysitting service (payable localy). There is an entertainment programme provided by hotel such as Bubbles Disco, Jamaican band performances, Karaoke, Calypso and Reggae dancing classes, and many more.

All with balcony, air-conditioning, TV, CD player, coffee maker, mini-bar (restocked on request, charge applies), optics, iron and board, and hairdryer. Non-smoking rooms on request. Mountain View Rooms have 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping max 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Diner is also available in a la carte Casablanca Restaurant (18:30- 23:00, reservation required, age 14 + only), a la carte Italian Giuseppe's Restaurant (18:30-22:30, reservation required, $10.00 pp surcharge), a la carte Japanese Munahana Restaurant (surcharge for, 18:30-22:30, reservation required), and a la carte Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Restaurant (19:30-22:00, reservation required, surcharge ). Snacks are served in Seashell Bar & Grill (10:30-18:30). Variety of locally produced non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are served in 6 different bars, the last one closes at 02:00am.
