St. John Villas is the ideal destination for those who like the freedom of a villa and amenities of a hotel. Villas can accommodate 4-8 people making them ideal for large parties and families.
Location
The complex is situated on the outskirts of the resort, around 1km from the resort centre and just under 2km from the beach. Zakynthos town is about 5km away and the airport approx 7km.
Facilities
Facilities include a gourmet restaurant, coffee bar corner, snack bar, childrens playground, games room with pool table and video games, gift shop, mini-market and a Spa with steam room, jacuzzi, mini-beauty salon and gym.
Services in the central building include reception area, car rental, taxi service, currency exchange, internet corner, public phone and doctor on call.
Rooms
The complex consists of 21 villas with either two or three bedrooms, and all with their own private entrance, parking, gardens with barbecue and swimming pool.
Villas are provided with a double bedroom and one or two twin bedrooms, bathrooms with bath and hairdryer, furnished lounge with TV & DVD, CD player, wifi internet access and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, oven, large fridge, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. There is also a safe deposit box, iron and ironing board.
Two bedroom villas are suitable for 4-6 people and three bedroom villas can accommodate 6-8 people.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
