Spa Playacanaria comprises of 248 rooms including single rooms, double rooms and junior suites spread over 5 floors. All the rooms are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, hire safe, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The junior suites are also equipped with direct access to the swimming pool and a separate shower and hairdryer.

This complex is located 2km from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz where there is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is surrounded by 3.5 acres of tropical gardens offering views of Mount Teide and the Orotava valley.

Puerto de la Cruz is approx 28km from Tenerife North Airport and approx 96km from Tenerife South Airport.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme includes buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 08.00-01.00 (high season) and 08.00-0.00 (low season).

Chargeable extras include drinks at the pool bar and beach club, cocktails, snacks/cakes, imported beers, mini bar snacks and drinks, hire safe, room service and hammocks on the beach.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
